George Wolf, Linda Wolf and Maryann Holland, owners,  have over 70 years experience in the management field.

Our Operations Manager, Wanda Cecala, has been with our company over 20 years.

We pride ourselves on being a "family" owned and operated company and that we work as a TEAM to assure that your needs can be handled as quickly as possible.

Many of our employees have worked in all areas within our office so that when the need arises they can assist in any department.

Unlike other Management Companies, our bookkeeping department is totally housed at MC GILL MANAGEMENT and processes assessments payments, auto-debits, association payables and receivables. 

We have a collection department that works with the Association's Attorneys to process quick collection of unpaid assessments and a closing department that handles all the real estate closings, form preparation and interaction with real estate agents and closing attorneys  Our closing specialist works with you and your agents to make sure that your closing proceeds as smoothly as possible.

Our Property Managers are trained in the latest aspects of condominium, townhome and homeowner association management.  We are constantly hosting continuing education classes for our managers to keep them abreast of the latest laws and changes in management technics.

Our Assistant Program has proved to be beneficial to our managers and homeowners alike.  By utilizing assistants it allows managers more time to be on their properties meeting with contractors and homeowners while the assistant is in the office to handle emergencies and phone calls in the managers absence.
