MC GILL MANAGEMENT, INC. was founded on December 1, 1979 by Mr. William A. Mc Gill. 

Mr. Mc Gill spent 28 years in the Army, retiring as a Command Sergeant Major.  After retirement Bill worked for Caygan and Associates in Arlington Heights.  It is with Caygan that Bill got his start in property management.  When Caygan and Associates decided to no longer handle residential management, Mr. Mc Gill and some of his associates formed Mc Gill and Poole Management.

In 1979 Mr. Mc Gill became sole owner of the Company and changed the name to MC GILL MANAGEMENT, INC.

Mr. George Wolf joined the firm in 1984 as a Property Manager, Mrs. Linda Wolf and Ms. Maryann Holland both joined the firm in 1988 and were employed as Property Managers.

Mr. Wolf was promoted to President in 1989 and Linda Wolf was named Vice President.  Shortly after that time, Mr. and Mrs. Mc Gill retired to Arizona where Bill enjoyed the mild weather and his passion, golf.  Ann Mc Gill, still serves as Director of the Corporation.

The business continued to grow from a firm with 32 accounts in 1984 to 155 accounts in 2007.  The first office was located at 1700 N. Rand Road in Palatine.  Once we outgrew that office we moved to the Suburban Bank Building at 800 E. Northwest Highway in Palatine.  In the early 1990's we purchased our current office building at 1314 N. Rand Road, Arlington Heights, IL.

Mr. Mc Gill passed away in the spring of 2000, at that time Maryann Holland was appointed Vice President of Management.

MC GILL MANAGEMENT, INC. continues to grow and has been a leader in the management field for years.  We do not actively solicit business - most of our referrals our from current clients or business associates. 

We feel that we have built a strong reputation in the management field over the past 29 years and we strive to constantly improve for the benefit of our clients.

Our motto is "EVERYONE WE SERVE IS SOMEONE SPECIAL"!  Mr. Mc Gill built his company on that motto and we are trying very hard to live up to his expectations.
